Investor-Friendly Local Banks Near Raleigh, NC

We've recently moved to the Raleigh area and are looking for a local bank with expertise in loaning on real estate deals (short-term rentals, long-term rentals, and commercial properties). Example of investor-friendly terms we'd be looking for include:

- asset-based lending with competitive rates
- willing to loan to LLCs
- competitive closing costs (<= $2K'ish)
- willing to loan on rented and non-rented property (on initial purchase)
- 80% LTV (on initial purchase, probably will be a bit lower on a refinance)
- DSCR 0.8x (on initial purchase, probably will be a bit higher on a refinance)

I'd love to find a brick-and-mortar location in SW Wake County - Morrisville, Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, etc. If you've have any positive experiences with a bank in the area that looks like it might be a good fit, please drop it in the comments (or PM me).
