Raleigh-Durham connections and neighborhoods
Hi all,
New investor from VA seeking to connect with fellow investors in Raleigh-Durham and learn about various areas/sub-areas and neighborhoods there. I'm looking to invest in SFH/THs w/3BD/2BA in the $150-230k range if possible, with good schools, good amenities and areas which are expected to appreciate over the next 3-10 years with the good population growth that R-D area is experiencing. I'd like to invest in areas that are somewhat insulated from new construction coming up nearby. Does not need to be super cash-flowing on day 1, but with the expectations that those areas will be more desirable in which to live in going forward and that rents will rise over time.
Based on the above do you have any recommended areas I should be looking at?
