Greensboro Rehab Experiences
Hello all! My name's Torrell, I’m new to Bigger Pockets and in the beginning phases of real estate investing in Greensboro. I’m researching the Greensboro market and wanted reach out to see if I could get a rough idea of rehab cost from personal experiences. I know rehab expenses can vary greatly based on several factors, but I’m more so trying to get a range. For example I’m looking for something like: 1200 sqft single family, 2 bed 1.5 bath, full kitchen reno $10k, new roof 8k, new siding $k, installed hardwood flooring $k, etc. Any experiences/information is more than appreciated!
