Thoughts on Newark, OH
Hello my fellow Central Ohioans or any one that would like to chime in! I just wanted to gather some thoughts on investing in Newark, primarily BRRRR. The price of entry is somewhat lower than in Columbus/suburbs but with probably not much room for appreciation. More than likely they would be cashflow properties only. Does anyone have any experience or success in the Newark market? A search of bigger pockets doesn't turn up much.
Also, can anyone recommend a great investor friendly agent that knows the east side of the Columbus area well? Thanks!
