Wholesaler says Kroger building store in east Milo Grogan?

Wholesaler posts an ad to the local REI group, claiming Kroger is building a store "across the street".. It's in the St Clair part of Milo Grogan, where I'd be very surprised to see a Kroger. Especially across the street from this gem.

If that's true, that's really something for that neighborhood.. Which has historically been very neglected. Has anyone heard anything about this?
