 Great article! That is the kind of stuff I like to see! The Eastside has really been building up lately! You see it all over University Circle! It looks like Midtown is going to be the next "it" spot. That would like Downtown with the Cleveland Clinic! Good things to come!

Some of those near Eastside neighborhoods are going to be huge. Houses & land are almost free over there. Buy it, tear it down and wait...Only thing is that's a looooooong game. Need to have very very deep pockets for that strategy.
