New investor with questions about Cleveland suburbs
Hey guys and gals Im currently researching buying my first rental property and have some questions for investors who are in the Parma/South Euclid area. From what ive seen Cleveland has a whole slew of nice taxes and a POS system that many people arent aware of. Being that im in southern California I would like some advise on what to look out for and any hidden expenses I may over look from lack of area knowledge.
