Coming to Cinci. Active investors and investor-realtors?

Hi Cincinnati BPers - 

I'm based in the Boston area, but will be in Cincinnati the week of October 17-22 visiting family. I'd like to connect with some active investors and/or investor-friendly realtors in the area, and to get a sense of the market in the area. I'll be in/around Symmes, but likely looking at some buy-to-rent properties in some of the areas closer to downtown.
