Getting Started - Property Management
Hello!
I'm looking to get started in REI, in my hometown of Cincinnati (this is my first post here!). After doing a lot of research, I plan on investing in a few SFHs (and possibly a duplex or two). Due to health and time issues, I will require a Property Management company to manage the tenants and property.
Right now I am still in the analyzing phase, trying to understand the local market, and what is available. My question is: at what point should I try to find a property manager? I'm afraid I'll buy a place, only to find that it's outside the boundaries or interest of a good PM, but at the same time, I not sure if I should contact a PM before I even have a property to manage.
Any suggestions? (And recommendations for property managers in the area would be welcome as well!)
