Hello all! My partner and I think we're ready to cross the bridge from residential to commercial real estate investing. However our lender contacts do not do commercial real estate lending, so we're out looking for a commercial lender.
Would someone with a background in commercial lending be willing to discuss options with us? Thanks!
Northside Bank & Trust provides commercial lending and they are generally easier to work with than larger banks. I bought a mixed use building with them.
I'll send you a message.
Hi, folks, thanks to all who responded both here and via private messages!
I am working with Valley Central bank, Randy Davis, currently for the first time. I was given the recommendation from a co-worker who also does commercial REI. I will report back my experiences in a few weeks after closing!
I'm also looking for a lender who is willing to work with out of state investors. Who did you end up working with? What are the banks you ended up calling on?
Thanks in advance,
