Looking to chat w/buy & hold Cincinnati investors
Hello! I'm brand new to BP but have been interested in getting into buy & hold real estate for a while.
I'm really interested in buy & hold rental opportunities in the Cincinnati, OH area. At this point, I'm planning to visit Cincinnati next week to explore some areas that have caught my attention, but I'd really be interested in speaking with other Cincinnati buy & hold investors to pick your brain about your experience thus far (even if our investment strategies/interests are totally different!).
