It's a D class neighborhood. Trotwood is bad news. Not to say you can't make money there though just know what you're getting yourself into. 

It’s a low income area for sure. Trotwood is a pretty rough area. You could maybe try and look at Clayton, Ohio or Englewood, Ohio both are right next to Trotwood but much nicer
