Looking to buy a small multifamily property
Hi! I am looking to invest in a small multifamily property somewhere in the Portland metroplex - would also consider nearby locations such as Salem and Newberg.I am a first-time investor and need someone who can help guide me through the process and maximize the chances of a good experience. I need referrals to agents/brokers who have expertise in this who can double check my analysis of deals and help me build a real estate team. Although I have done extensive reading, I would be grateful for any referrals - and if you wouldn't mind going into some detail about your personal experience I would be especially grateful.
