Philadelphia Inheritance question
Hello BP! I've been a member for over 6 months and this is my first post. I don't have a real estate background and I'm not sure what to do with the property I inherited from my mother. I live in SW Philadelphia on 52nd Woodland which is within walking distance from University City. I'm not sure if I should sell or rent and If I rent should I opt for sec 8 or not. The house is paid in full and I'm anxious to leave. Any advice you can provide will be helpful. Also, I could use some advise as regarding relocating to Springfield PA. They are building new townhouses however the taxes are 7k. Please help me! I look forward to your response!
