Airbnb Triplex Roxborough
Hi, I am looking for some advice from the Philadelphia investors. I have a triplex in Roxborough - 2 units are furnished and rented on airbnb, the other unit is rented on long term basis. The gross monthly rent is approx $4k. I own the property in my name and would like to refinance or sell a piece of the property to pay off some short term debt. I haven't found any investor friendly banks. Does anyone have any suggestions?
