I am interested in investing in Philadelphia but i do not have a lot of background in the area. I am interested in investing in SFH in the Ogontz area. I am interested in what the market is like in Ogontz. Any feedback is much appreciated!

Couple things i am interested in is exit options and long-term appreciation.
