Title Company for Wholesaling

Just starting out in wholesaling. I have a few leads on property and sellers. After I get a seller to sign the "contract for the purchase and sell", do I just take it to a title company?

Can anyone recommend a title company that's investor friendly and deal with wholesaling contracts?
