Downingtown PA Area Buy & Hold
Hey group,
What are your thoughts on Downingtown area? West Chester has become too expensive, Coatesville is still too run down. Downingtown seems to be trending upward. An express to Philly is being put in as well here. Looking to do a buy and hold.
