Industry Watch: Philadelphia, 2nd Quarter 2019

Hi all,

Here is some statistical data from MLS for 2 quarter 2019. 

Looks like price went up almost 9% compare to last years 2 quarter and the amount of the listings went 9% down. 

Hope this info maybe useful.
