Shower/tub suggestions - Philadelphia - Loft District
Hello, my BP family. I'm having trouble with deciding if I should install a tub w tiles or simply a shower kit. The space for the tub or Shower is 52 inches so a standard 60 inch tub won't fit. I was wondering what others were doing for their rentals in Philadelphia? The one I'm working on is a 2br 1ba near Temple and the lofts areas off of American St. I'm looking to ultimately receive at least 975 in rent and maybe more if I charge for a pet. Any suggestions?
