Anyone have any thoughts on investing in the Greensburg area, or Westmoreland County as a whole?

We've been doing it for years! But I think the secret's out - the majority of the good deals are off market now - and anything that does hit the MLS goes in less than a day if it's priced right. Are you looking for value-adds or rent-ready?
