In search of Realator and Wholsealer

I'm looking to invest in Pittsburgh from out of state and am looking for an investor friendly realator and wholesaler to begin working with. Does anyone have any good recommendations for those that have worked within the city (Oakland, Southside, Shadyside, Lawrenceville)?
