Renting by the room in Pittsburgh
I'd like to buy a SFH with 3 bedrooms and rent by the room to other young professionals, but I'm curious what all of you think about using this kind of strategy in Pittsburgh. Is there a demand? Do you think it might work in some neighborhoods, but not others? Maybe you know of other people doing this successfully or you have ideas about the kinds of things I should be considering. Or maybe you've read good books or other materials on this subject that I should check out. Let me know what you think.
