Looking to invest in Bethlehem area for turnkey, rent ready house
I just got pre approved and currently looking at 4+ B/rs in Bethlehem near main street. I found one for 160,000 but it has been on the market for over 300 days... It seemed like such a good house and I really liked the space. Why would it not have been sold? Also, I would love any thoughts from other investors in the area and their views on investing in this area.
