Canadian looking for funding with Memphis Banks

Hello everyone!

I am Canadian and I own a rental property in Las Vegas, the Property is paid outright.  I am interested in purchasing a single family home for long term hold in Memphis.

 Is it possible for me to leverage my Las Vegas property and get a loan with a bank in Memphis?  Would love to get some recommendations on any banks that can help me.
