knocking on a door for me

Hey folks, there is a derelict property here in Memphis I would like to buy, but the owner lives in Nashville.  I am not a fan of yellow letters (well, really any letters) because you don't get any kind of confirmation of a negative.  I hate being in limbo.

Would anyone out there be willing to go knock on a door for me?

Why not contact a skip tracer and get their phone number?

I called around to folks in Memphis for that sort of service and it was just silly expensive.  I do use Intellius- but the number they have is disconnected. :(

Jackson,

Haven't heard from you - still need a hand with this in Nashville?
