Nashville Short-term Rental Restrictions

Hi All,

I've only just started looking at Nashville for short-term rentals, but I understand there are a number of restrictions now on both owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied properties (e.g. BL2019-1633). Is Nashville still a viable place for getting into STRs or should I only consider long-term rentals and/or other strategies?
