Hello East Tennessee BPers, I wanted to jump on here and ask what everyone's favorite networking events in Knoxville, Tennessee are. Is there a REIA you recommend? A meetup . com group? A BP meetup? I just picked up a place in the area and want to get to know the local investors. My goal is to do the same things I'm doing in Huntsville, Alabama in Knoxville in 2020. That includes some wholesaling, lease options, potentially apartments (it's all about finding a true deal in this space), BRRRR's, building a team and more. Looking forward to connecting!

The KnoxREIA is an excellent monthly meetup. There is also a BP meetup I believe as well.

KnoxREIA meets 2nd Tuesday of each Month at the Holiday in in Cedar Bluff

There is on hosted through Meetup.com that meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month (no meeting in Dec though) at MiMi's cafe in Turkey Creek. 
Also on Meetup are 2 Multi-Family Meetups, one is I believe the 1st Monday of the month that just started so not familiar with it yet. 
The other meets the 4th Tuesday of the month (currently at The Casual Pint on Hardin Valley) 

And last but not least I host one that meets the last Thursday of the month (not having one in Dec due to Holidays) I post those here and have a facebook page dedicated to it, check my profile for previous ones I hosted that will link you to the actual meetup page. 
I may end up doing some pop up ones in late Dec or early Jan since they'll be some down time. Mine are 100% networking and always FREE.
