Contractors with the bandwidth to take on another job
Hello BP community!
I am proud to announce that I have finished a quick rehab on my second rental and it will hit the market tomorrow for a tenant. Both of my investment properties have been easy rehabs with little forced appreciation. For my next property I would like to try the BRRRR method. That being said I am looking for insight from fellow San Antonio investors that have reliable contractors that currently have the bandwidth to take on another rehab.
I want to note that I am not interested in taking business away from any investors; simply a connection with a good contractor that experienced investors use but maybe do not have the capital for a deal at this time.
