I am new to the rental investment game and looking to build my team in Dallas. I am currently looking for a realtor in the Dallas & North Dallas areas that have experience in condos. In addition, we will be looking for a lender and property manager once we find some suitable properties. Any suggestions would be great!  

Get the lender first...and get one that specializes in condos.   Every lender will probably tell you they can lend on condos, but then they get stupid when they actually start looking at the deal.

Condos are tough in Dallas for the most part. HOA dues kill your returns in most cases. There's probably a handful of exceptions that I know about.

While I believe in PM, this may make finding a condo that works well even tougher.  You might want to consider self management, until you can't.

@Mac Phillips may I ask why the focus on condos? Typically (as in almost always) these don't provide the returns to justify purchasing as an investment in DFW.
