Balch Springs Rentals
I have a couple of rentals in Mesquite and two more in progress. I see properties in Balch Springs pop up from time to time and all the feedback I've ever gotten is to avoid it. So what's the deal? I see properties that are 15-20 years old that are in great shape, the prices are reasonable but the rents are low. The areas I'm looking at are on the east side of 635 south towards Seagoville.
