Successfully raised private capital. Next steps.
Through a friend, I've raised a lot of private capital (500k) and I am looking to make my first deal. Before I put a house under contract, should I become an LLC and seek assistance in developing a contract with the person providing financing? Can someone recommend a lawyer in the Dallas who could help me with this process?
