Moving to DFW in a month, just flipped a house in near Richmond V
I will be moving to DFW area from Richmond Va. I lived in DFW for a while in the past and am moving back now, so I have some knowledge of the different suburbs etc.. I just finished a live in flip in Virginia so I have a little experience. Wondering if DFW is a decent place to find deals in current market for flips, rentals or small multi family. I will probably have 20k to 40k cash, depending on how much I decide to hold in reserve and what I plan on doing for housing for my family. Also does anybody have experience in dealing with some of the smaller to mid size cities like Wichita Falls, Waco, Longview etc. 'where real estate is a little cheaper.
