Central Texas home sales remain on track for another record year, and local real estate experts say they expect 2021 will also be a strong year for housing in the Austin region. 

Sales across the region were up 23.8% over November 2019 for a 19.7% increase in the median price

Amazon, Apple, Tesla, Oracle, Samsung and Google are all either building or expanding this year and several multi-billion dollar developments set to break ground in at least 3 different locations in Austin and the surrounding areas as well. Just bought our first single family home in NE Pflugerville, just up the road from Circuit of the Americas and we are so excited to see what the coming years have in store for our appreciation as well as potential rent values, etc.!!
