Hi everyone,
I am currently a wholesaler in San Diego, which is 15 minutes away from the border of Tijuana, Mexico. I am going to be wholesaling in Mexico as well and I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience wholesaling in another country and know what to watch out for. I will speaking with the title companies there and likely to some lawyers as well to make sure that I don't get myself into any trouble, but first hand experience would be great.
I am a Mexican citizen and I speak fluent Spanish, so I have those two things taken care of.
Again, any help would be great. Thanks

Hey Alberto, my name is Jonathan. I know this is a old thread but I wanted to know if you were successful in finding more information on wholesaling out here in Mexico. I'm just barely starting to get into real estate and saw that wholesaling is very profitable so I'm wanting to get into this. I currently live out here in Rosarito right next to TJ. I would definitely would appreciate any info or advice you can send my way. Thanks !

Is there a lot of demand from investors to buy out there? If so then yes it’ll be profitable.
