How to build an investment community in Berlin Germany ?!

Quiiiiiiick tip!!! remember to set alerts on your local market so you can start inter-acting where you live.
I have been a member of BP for the last 12 months and have been staggered by the lack of the community in my local market.
Yes i know I have an excuse Im located in Berlin Germany (the most beautiful city in Europe to live).
I would like to somehow activate this community and connect with more local guys & galls.
You folks out there who have advice on the topic I would be delighted to here it.

Hi to @ll BP members, my name is Markus, and I live in Berlin for 14 years now. My wife and I currently own a house and 5 rental properties (condos) in the area.
Christmas vacation has always been the time when I set out for change. 2014 I read Kiyosaki - and life has never been the same again, 2016 I joined a local RE community and started out on my first RE partnership (condo rehab), 2017 I committed to swap public transport commute for my bike...
Some days before last christmas, I stumbled across Brandon Turner, and now I'm just building up a plan for RE investing in the US.
I'd be very happy to meet like-minded people to share my experiences about the local market and get in touch with investors who might want to share knowledge about US RE markets.
