From Dublin Ireland, new to bigger pockets

Hi all,

I'm from Dublin, Ireland and new to BP. I currently am residing in Dubai but looking to buy back in Dublin as I know the market quite well. Biggest issue I am currently facing is regarding bank finance, the banks want at least 70% LTV. High levels of tax are a constant with property in Ireland but that goes without saying.

If anyone has had similar experiences or would like to share info i would love to hear from you.
