Just a few years ago I have switched business and become a full time real estate investor. I have found out that the best thing in creating passive income is property investing.
Do you know that A lot of people outthere are afraid and just put their money in the savings account of a bank, where they are getting almost nothing in return. what the interest rates nowadays, 0,05%!!! some banks are now asking negative interest rates for putting in their bank.
Some people wants to keep renting apartments with the rent kept rising all these years. They are actually throwing their hard earned salary down to the drain.
Moreover the very same people does not make use of the interest tax reduction from their mortgage and paying way too much tax.
how about the more riskier stockmarket, and the way more volatile commodities and Forex. That is gambling. And you as a small player getting smashed by the big financial institutions.
You are afraid to take the first steps of property investing because you don’t know how, where to find deals, how to negotiate, how to valuate the deal, etc…I can teach you that.
