Hometown Vacation Home
Hey y’all!
I’m a Fort Worth native (30 years) who recently moved out of town. I would LOVE to have a LTR with a small separate space for me that I can utilize as a vacation home when I’m in town. This is my most ideal move, just so I can visit often but not pay the mortgage. I have a realtor I’m using and like but we’ve yet to find anything. I’m from north Fort Worth (Keller area) and obviously not finding a ton in the area that would work for this. I looked closer to Hulen/Camp Bowie too, without success. I’ve never invested in real estate. So I was hoping to get some advice from the experts. Any advice or experience or critiques are welcome! Thank you!!
