How often do real estate investors use a roofer?
I am thinking as a roofer, instead of running after one-times leads, which is great, but I would rather have a long time working relationship and give them a good low price service, but its worth it if it is long term. A real estate investor or wholesaler may need a roofer a few times a year? No / Yes? I do not know, I know that some real estate agents call me at least 6 times a year. How should a roofer start a relationship with real estate investors? I am not adverting, I am trying to understand the industry.
