Canadians Investing in US Vacation Destination Properties
Trying to get a group of Canadians together to invest in U.S. destination properties. There are some great deals in Orlando, Las Vegas and Phoenix areas. The fun part is how to set it all up since there are a number of cross border issues to work out.
With a vacation property, you can get 1K a week rather than renting to a local for 1K a month... see where i am going? A group of investors can rent their own property as well which covers the basic operation and then there would be many salespeople to promote the properties as well. I like win win setups!
