Palm Springs - Looking for an investor who can show me the ropes (in person), in Palm Springs area (I live in Cathedral City). I would love to shadow an investor on their job sites, and/or help them out in any way I can, to obtain knowledge. I'm a member here on BP. Please reach out to me.
