Canadian thinking about Ohio

Hey everyone,

I currently live in Toronto but I am interested in real estate investing in Ohio, and I was hoping to get some help. I am in the early stages so I don’t have anything set up yet. My current goal is to get properties and rent them out to get a positive cash flow.

From my limited reading I believe these are the things I will need. An LLC, an agent, and a general contractor.

To get an LLC is there anyway I can do it myself from home or would a CPA make more sense? For the agent and GC that's where I would like some help. Is there anyone that BP can recommend?

I will have more questions but this is just a quick post to get the ball rolling.
