Developers/Investors! Would You Buy Vacant Land to Subdivide Now?
I have a property that I may list for sale real soon where the land (just north of Seattle) can be divided and 5 detached condo homes can be built. There are comps for this development between $1 - $1.1 million for the detached condos. I have more than $1 million in profit budgeted. Are developers buying or waiting?
