Questions about Spokane WA
As someone who is relatively new to the area, I've been up here for only 2 years, and have invested in only the Coeur d'Alene area, what do you guys think of downtown Spokane? I think it's called West Central and is just North of Kendall Yards, West of Monroe and east of the river. I have been told it's up and coming but was wondering if I could get some unbiased info please.
The housing is cheap and the returns are better then average, however a lot of these homes and streets look pretty bad.
