@Christopher Jenkins - It really depends on what your PITI is (assuming you still have a mortgage on the property) versus what rent you would get. I live in the area and as you know Camas is an expensive market .
Ultimately it all comes down to numbers so you will need to run the numbers and see if you will cash-flow
