How is the current SFR inventory in Vancouver WA?

I was wondering how the SFR resale market is doing in Vancouver-- have prices increased/decreased? We have a 5/3 2900 s.f property around 14th street going to foreclosure this month and trying to determine starting bid price on it. Any input is appreciated.
