Neighborhood grades in Milwaukee

Hello BP Nation!

I have a question about the different neighborhoods around Milwaukee WI.

From what I can tell the areas near the water(lower east side, historic thrid ward, etc.) Are the nicer parts of town. Can anyone help me break down the are abit more I would love my first investment to be in a B or C+ neighborhood. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Use the TRULIA crime map---very accurate in Milwaukee. 

If you know the price you are trying to spend per door, that can often help narrow down the best neighborhoods for you.
