Quebec Rent Raise in Multiplex

Hi Guys

Seems like the Quebec posts have dried up.  With COVID-19 overwhelming us I guess there is not much in terms of meet ups going.  I would be happy to host a virtual meet up for Greater Montreal Area folks - English and French welcome.

My brother and I have each done Single Family homes for the last few years but just acquired our first multiplex together this week.  We are not interested in kicking people out but obviously want to upgrade the property and raise the rent.  The RDL is tough and limits what you can do!  Anyone with ideas or experience?
