New to BP and looking for best cities to invest under $300k

Hello everyone, 

I am Lisa from Markham ,Ontario, very excited to find BP and you professional guys! 

I am looking for my first real estate deal under $300k and wondering which is the best city to invest in my budget range ,hoping to buy and rent with good cash flow

I have done some research about Oshawa, Hamilton area until now, seems no much good deals over there...really really headache
